As well as being
communicators, our principals have both managed a range of
internal shared services for some of New Zealand’s largest
financial services organisations. These services have
included the likes of IT, Communications, Human Resources,
and Operations.
We find that by
taking an ‘internal branding’ approach we’ve successfully
helped a range of shared services – private sector and
public sector - effectively grow internal customer
understanding of both their value proposition and engagement
model.
